Twistfix Registered Contractor Scheme
Builders can now apply to join the Twistfix Registered Contractor Scheme for specific skill areas in the UK regions that they service.
Property Owners, Main Contractors and Engineers can now request that we pass details of their project to local builders who have registered for the appropriate skill, with a view to obtaining a quotation.
To cover administration costs a modest annual fee of just £35.00 per category per UK region is applicable. Registered Contractors will be eligible to promote themselves free of charge via Twistfix News articles, which will regularly feature interesting projects completed under this scheme. The list includes the following skill areas:
- Basement Conversions
- Damp Proofing
- General Building Work
- Insulation
- Masonry Repairs
- Roofing
- Timber Preservation
- Wall Tie Replacement
Twistfix do not operate a vetting or approval scheme. This scheme is being put in place to introduce property owners to a builder or contractor to fit, apply or install Twistfix products. The enquiry will be sent to all contractors registered for the specified skill range in their region.
Registration shall last for a 1 year period subject to acceptance and subject to terms and conditions which are available on request.
Twistfix are pleased to confirm that the first name on the register is Structure (SE) Ltd of Woking, who is now a registered contractor for Masonry Repairs and Wall Tie Replacement in London and the South east region.
Structures (SE) Ltd will now be eligible to submit case studies of appropriate work for inclusion in the Twistfix newsletter. The register has potential to become a valuable resource for the property owner and has prospect to provide a valuable income stream for those on the register.
