Damp Proofing Cream -380 DPC - 12PK  is a unique silicone damp proofing cream for injection into mortar bed joints to form a Chemical DPC.  

Supplied in 12 low cost 380ml cartridges.

The cream is injected directly into 12mm holes drilled in a mortar bed at regular intervals, preferably at perp-end joints, for an effective damp course treatment. Damp-Cure cream is formulated without thickening agents, using an emulsification process to deliver a 100% active damp proof cream at trade prices.

Solid walls can be drilled and injected from the most convenient side to a depth of 90% of the wall thickness , the cream is dispensed to fill the hole within 1cm of the wall surface. The inner and outer skins of a cavity wall should be treated independently of each other, drilling and injecting the both sides of the wall to form a chemical DPC in each. Renew damp plaster to complete the damp proofing treatment.

*Approximation only - allows 5-10% wastage

No specialist equipment is required. To install the damp course cream you will need a 12mm drill bit and a heavy duty caulking gun.

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days). Delivery will be made on the next working day.

For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday. For orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, goods will be dispatched on the next working day (e.g goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).

Returns Policy

Items returned and received in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery will be accepted for exchange or refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the goods and should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit to us. You should email sales@twistfix.co.uk to request to return items.

Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or are not the goods that were ordered then, subject to the goods being returned in re-saleable condition, Twistfix will refund the cost of return shipping. Further information regarding Returns can be read at our Terms & Conditions.
