Damp proof cream in a builders injection kit with everything needed to provide a chemical damp-proof course for up to 80m of single leaf wall (sufficient cream for rising damp treatment to 40m of solid brick wall or both leafs of a cavity wall).

This simple and quick cream injection needs no specialist equipment. Non-hazardous ingredients migrate through the walls to form an effective damp proof course.

To damp proof a wall drill a series of 12mm holes, 90% though the wall at 100-120mm centres along the bed joint selected to receive the cream. Inject sufficient cream to fill the hole to within 1cm of wall surface and leave it to diffuse through the wall and cure to form a chemical damp proof course. Make good with sand and cement whist cream is in the hole or with mastic if filling after diffusion.

Kit includes:

  • 8 x 1000ml damp proof injection cream
  • 1 x Plastic injection nozzles
  • 1 x 12mm x 160mm Professional SDS drill bit
  • 1 x 12mm x 250mm Professional SDS drill bit
  • 1 x Large heavy duty caulking gun
  • 1 x Pair of protective gloves

Consumption rate - 115mm wall* 10m per cartridge
Consumption rate - 230mm wall* 5m per cartridge
*Approximation only - allows 5-10% wastage

Solid walls can be drilled and injected from the most convenient side. The inner and outer skins of a cavity wall should be treated separately, drilling and injecting the cream from both sides of the wall to form a damp proof course in each. Renew damp plaster to complete the damp proofing treatment

Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (working days). Delivery will be made on the next working day.

For orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday. For orders placed after 2pm on a Friday and over the weekend, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, goods will be dispatched on the next working day (e.g goods will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday).

Returns Policy

Items returned and received in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery will be accepted for exchange or refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the goods and should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit to us. You should email sales@twistfix.co.uk to request to return items.

Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or are not the goods that were ordered then, subject to the goods being returned in re-saleable condition, Twistfix will refund the cost of return shipping. Further information regarding Returns can be read at our Terms & Conditions.
